I’ve worn a lot of hats—mom of five, virtual assistant, web designer, OBM. For years, I was deep in the grind, building other people’s businesses while feeling stuck and stretched thin. It wasn’t a lack of skills; it was the fear of stepping fully into my calling. I was hiding behind tech work instead of embracing my strengths in strategy and coaching.
That’s when everything changed.
I leaned into my faith, dropped the services that didn’t align, and made a bold shift into high-ticket coaching. Now, I help women break through mindset blocks and build businesses rooted in purpose. I’m Dray— Mom, Wife, Christian, multi-business owner, and a woman who’s chased every shiny object out there, trying to find the magic formula for success. I spent years investing thousands in coaches who gave me cookie-cutter advice and left me feeling more stuck than ever. I was overwhelmed, always wanting more but scared to own my identity as a Christian coach because I didn’t fit the mold. But when I finally stopped hiding, leaned fully into my faith, and decided to do it my way—everything changed.
Now, I help women like you cut through the fluff, get real about what’s holding them back, and build a business that aligns with their purpose.

How I got here
2015
The Hustle and Juggle Begins
Started building multiple businesses while raising Three kids. I was trying to be everything to everyone—VA, Web designer, Paint studio owner —all while homeschooling.
Let’s just say I was spinning a lot of plates (and dropping a few).
2019
Chasing Shiny Objects and Burning Out
Tried every new strategy and service, hoping one would be
the thing that took off. Spent thousands on courses that promised success but delivered fluff. Learned the hard way that cookie-cutter solutions weren’t going to cut it for me.
2020
Faith and Fear Collide
I started praying more over my business while rasing five children during Covid, feeling pulled towards a
different path but still stuck in the cycle of done-for-you services.
I was afraid to pivot, so I stayed in my comfort zone—building other people’s businesses while putting my own dreams on the back burner.
2021
Tired of Playing Small
Began testing the waters with mindset coaching and realized how much I loved helping women break through their own
mental blocks. But I wasn’t ready to let go of the tech and implementation work just yet.
I kept straddling both worlds, not fully owning my gift for coaching.
2022
The Year of Real Talk
Started speaking more honestly and sharing my struggles. Realized that my sweet spot was mixing faith, strategy, and tough love.
I began to attract clients who appreciated my no-BS style, but I was still offering done-for-you services, afraid to make the full leap into coaching.

The Full Pivot
Finally said goodbye to done-for-you services and made the full transition into high-ticket coaching.
Launched my VIP Strategy Days and the Raw & Real Collective, focusing entirely on guiding women through mindset shifts, business strategy,
and faith alignment. No more fluff, no more tech setups—just powerful, transformative coaching.
